Environmental Policy

At Interview Skills Coach, we are committed to minimising our environmental impact and promoting sustainable practices in all aspects of our operations. We recognise the importance of environmental stewardship and strive to comply with applicable environmental laws, regulations, and ISO 14001 requirements. Our environmental policy is based on the following principles:

Compliance: We will comply with all relevant environmental laws, regulations, and standards, including ISO 14001, to ensure our operations are environmentally responsible.

Pollution Prevention: We will continuously identify and implement measures to prevent pollution, reduce waste generation, and minimise the use of natural resources throughout our activities. This includes promoting energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste reduction.

Sustainable Procurement: We will prioritise the procurement of environmentally friendly products and services, giving preference to suppliers who share our commitment to environmental responsibility. We will consider the life cycle impacts of our purchases, aiming to minimise waste and promote recycling and reuse.

Employee Engagement: We will promote environmental awareness among our employees through training and communication programs. Our employees will be encouraged to contribute ideas and suggestions for improving our environmental performance and sustainability initiatives.

Continuous Improvement: We are committed to setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets regularly to drive continuous improvement in our environmental performance. Emergency Preparedness: We will establish and maintain emergency response procedures to minimise the potential environmental impact of any incidents or accidents that may occur. We will conduct regular drills and exercises to ensure our employees are prepared to respond effectively to emergencies.

This environmental policy provides a framework for our environmental management system, which will be regularly reviewed, updated, and communicated to all employees, clients, and stakeholders.
